SHIPPING

After the checkout process is complete and your order is successful, we will send you a confirmation email (also check your SPAM inbox). In this e-mail you can see the summary of your order and find your order number. Orders shipped within the Netherlands and Belgium will be delivered within 2-4 business days.
Shipping costs may vary depending on your address and shipping option. Here is how it works:

All packages below: €5.95

REST OF THE WORLD
Enter your address at checkout and the shipping costs will be calculated!

TRACK & TRACE
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace number. Sometimes the number is forwarded to your spam box, so check this if you miss anything.

RETURNS

Please be aware that returns have a significant environmental impact. Therefore, we kindly ask you to consider your purchases carefully, as we all strive to make conscientious choices for the environment in today's world. Because we sell pre-loved and upcycled one-of-a-kind items, we are unable to accept returns on these purchases. We encourage you to read the descriptions carefully and reach out to us via our Instagram DM @ume__studio if you have any questions about an item; we're happy to assist you in finding the perfect piece.

For our curated UME collection, you may return them within 7 working days of receiving your package, provided they have not been worn. Email us at info@umestudio.nl with your order number and reason for return so we know the return is headed our way. Be sure to keep your shipping receipt! You will receive your money back once we checked the state of the return.  Our return address is:

Unfortunately we do not refund shipping costs. Once we have received your return we will confirm your refund. Processing the return can take up to a week and processing the refund can take up to 10 days, depending on your payment method. Thank you for your understanding!

we are not responsible for lost returns. when you send your return, always keep your track & trace receipt until your return is processed.


Returns are only possible for the curated UME collection when the item has not been visibly worn/ been used/ or is damaged
