How It Works
1. Discover our beautiful collection of unique fashion items. We check everything carefully on the quality. If there are traces of use this will be mentioned in the description of the item.
2. Choose your favourite item out of the closet of one of our 15 featured content creators.
3. Pay securely with credit card or iDeal.
4. Receive your order within a couple days!
You can choose between several online payment options such as: iDeal (The Netherlands), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, AMEX (American Express) and Creditcard (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro). We guarantee all payment options we offer to be 100% secure.
We sometimes offer discount codes through different campaigns. After you click on the Check Out button you fill in this code at the payment screen in the box: ‘Discount code’. Your discount will be automatically calculated, after you click on the ‘Apply’ button, with the amount you have to pay.
Discount/coupon codes are only valid once per user and order. Discount actions can’t be settled after the campaign has ended.

We offer shipping to 28 different countries. If your country is not included you can always contact us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by reaching out to us on Instagram. Make sure you mention which items you’d like to purchase and we can come up with a solution together!
Shipping costs will be applied differently depending each country the item(s) have to be shipped to.
Within The Netherlands we offer free shipping on orders of € 75,00 and more.

Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you can differ.

Delivery time 1-3 days.
Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom;
Delivery time 2-7 days.
Finland, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Monaco, Greece, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Norway, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Holy See (Vatican City), Iceland, Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia, Algeria, Canary Islands, Guernsey; Delivery time 2-9 days.

Track & Trace
After your purchase we create automatically a shipping label. This contains the address you have filled in when purchasing your item(s). After you placed your order you can’t change the address anymore. We advise you to always check the address carefully before paying.
When your package is shipped you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code. This code will direct you to the website of the shipping company so you can stay up to date with your package. We advise to keep an eye out on your parcel, this way you will know exactly when the delivery is happening.
If your package is delivered at your neighbours or at a pick-up point, you can see this when you are tracking your order.

We do not accept returns. Only in cases such as:
1. You've received damaged or broken items.
2. Traces of use have not been stated correctly in the product description.
We advise you to always carefully read the description of our products before placing a purchase to avoid disappointments.

After UMÉ Studio inspected your case and accepted the return you'll have to send the item(s) in question back to the sender within 14 days. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
